Veiled Intentions is the sequel to The Reborn King. This second book starts us right of where The Reborn King left us. And some of the previously veiled intentions certainly were unveiled in this book.
The Reborn King, a fantasy with fairies, humanoid dragons, demons, humans and trolls that in the end was able to surprise me a bit.
Labyrinth Lost is a book that has been making the rounds since its release. And with a cover and synopsis like that I couldn’t help but be drawn to it.
A fantasy book with a dragon on the cover by a Dutch author? And an autistic character? Clearly I needed this. It certainly is a solid start to a series. But it remains very straightforward and uncomplicated. I needed more depth.
The Diabolic is a dystopian standalone set quite away into our future. While I really enjoyed reading this book, I was left wanting a bit more at the end.
He was a book, and he was holding his final pages, and he wanted to get to the end to find out how it went, and he didn’t want it to be over.
