Despite my anxiety kicking in, August was a rather good month. Meeting new and old book buddies, finally meeting Zwartraafje and Merijn’s birthday were all great things and totally worth my anxiety in the end. Some months just don’t really stand out. I feel that July is one of those for me. There wasn’t that much that happened. Most of it was centred around Merijn as usual. I like being at home with him now but at the same time it doesn’t really bring a whole lot of excitement to my world or anything. But mail does. Yeay for mail!
After doing the Mid-Year freak out tag, and realizing that we are already at the middle of the year, I have been thinking about my reading goals
I feel like June just flew right by me. A big zoof and it is July already. I don’t feel like a lot of things happened this month though the Summery weather has been a great blessing. Of course some days were just too hot and unbearable, but oh well. It never is quite perfect, is it?
May brought me a bunch of books (too many), sunny weather, Harry Potter things and a son who developed quite rapidly.
April brought me lots of reading, Easter and King’s Day. But there were also some warm days and very rainy days. And running after Merijn.
March overall was a good month for me mood wise with the sun, even though Merijn was not a great sleeper some nights and mornings. Book wise it was also a good reading month with perhaps a bit too much book buying again. Let us not even talk about pre orders.
