How is it April already?
I’ve grabbed the them for this month quite at random because I wanted to draw cute things and not spend too much time on it. March was one of those months where i needed all the cuteness I could find and I wanted to spend a bit more time on my May/Wyrd and Wonder spreads.
The theme is
Katie O’Neill’s Tea Dragons

Again I used a Dutch Door for the start of this theme. Looking back it turned out super messy and not really the way I wanted too. But sometimes you just have to do things and see how they turn out. It can’t always be perfect.

I like this one a lot better because it is better structured and thought out. I like how this tea dragon turned out as well, looking reasonably close to the original.

My TBR spread I also kept fairly simple. Just these cute tea dragons napping, with the fierey cat from the first graphic novel making an appearance.

This one turned out super messy again. The ohuho normal markers are mostly okay but never great for these kind of big illustrations which is why you see all the lines. But I also did not have a lot of patience for this spread either.

This one is a little less detailed again and less messy. Just something easy and I cut out a strip so you can see a bit of each spread from both the last spreads.
Its not quite up to my normal quality to be honest, but as you will read in my wrap up tomorrow, March really wasn’t a very easy month and a lot of things for this theme just didn’t work out the way that I wanted to.
*happy sigh* Annemieke! I love seeing your Bujo themes each month – they make me so happy! And the little dragon on your pages read page is just *chef’s kiss* perfect! ā¤

I always love looking at your bujo themes. I love this one, and thanks for reminding me I need to look to see how many more Tea Dragon Society books. š¼

I think they are all lovely and much better than I could ever do. My reading journal lacks decoration or creativity.
