2022 Releases I Was Excited to Read But Didn’t Get to | #TopTenTuesday 372

Today is a freebie day for Top Ten Tuesday (as always hoste by That Artsy Reader Girl), and as you know I usually struggle with those. Not this year though! Normally we have a topic of 2022 releases we were exited to get to but didn’t. This year I haven’t seen it on the list. So I decided to use this freebie to still fill in this prompt because there were probably a lot.

I’m going to grab the two anticipated releases list I made last year for each half year and see what I didn’t get to but still want to. I could give you (lengthy) reasons as to why I haven’t read them yet but who wants that?

Crimes and Covers | In the Serpents Wake | Amari and the Great Game | Only a Monster | Witchlings
Always Practice Safe Hex | Babel | Serwa Boateng’s Guide to Vampiric Slaying | The Golden Enclaves

  1. Ah, you’re right! I usually host this topic every January and completely forgot it this year! I’m glad you chose to do it for this week’s freebie! It’s a fun one. šŸ™‚ I need to make sure I put it on the schedule next year!

  2. I was so excited for the second Amari but didn’t manage to get around to it as well. I’m hoping to this year for sure though and hopefully, I can read Witchlings this year, too. 😃 I *LOVED* Always Practice Safe Hex and Babel so I hope you love them as well, Annemieke! šŸ˜

    1. I really want to read on with Juliette Cross but I can’t get the ebooks here (kindle formats don’t work for me so amazon is out). I hope they’ll come available some day or I’ll have to try the amazon app again #hate
