For the longest time I didn’t realize that it was a translated version of Ordinary Monsters because the title is so different.

The blue accents on the cover of Ordinary Monsters look like they glow in the dark. Really neat.
I want to read that Aliette de Bodard book! Sadly it’s not available in the US yet. You can bet I’ll be ordering it once it is! And I’m looking forward to Into the Riverlands a lot, too. I hope you enjoy all of these!

I think de Bodard book isn’t out until November if I remember correctly from Netgalley.

I think you’re right, but it’s also not out in the US & Canada yet. She’s working on it, but no news yet. So I have to decide whether I want to wait for a US version, or if I want to order the UK version and pay all that shipping.

Honestly starter book blogger Annemieke envies current Annemieke too. I’ve been extremely lucky in recent years.
