As a big book lover there is bound to be something else bookish in my home beside actual books. I think I might have actually shared that before but since then a lot of things have changed. I have gotten less stuff (and more books).
It is actually bookish merch I’d love to own today for Top Ten Tuesday (as always hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl) but I don’t think I have a whole lot of wishes in that regard.
Before I started making my own bookmarks for my shop I collected quite a lot of bookmarks. Some I bought, some were gifted and others were freebies with a book. I love having pretties to put in my books when needed. I do use them less because I often read a book in one setting or I read on my e reader.
Bookish candles will be quite well known to most. Next to bookmarks it is probably one of the more popular bookish merch items over on bookstagram. I have a few from Letters & Lights.
Another fun item is a bookish mug And they can be so easily used by drinking from them or putting your bookmarks in them. I do both. I have a few I drink from and others that are in my bookshelf for bookmarks.
Something that has rising a lot in the last few years are book sleeves. A fabric protection for your book. I have two, mostly I use them for my ereaders to be honest. But they are fun and cute. The two I have are from Books Art Liberty.
And of course there are quite a few awesome illustrators who make great and diverse prints.
