Well hello November. I don’t remember that much of you besides that you were rainy and dark. But on the up I also read a bunch more books thanks to random 3 star trilogys and Patricia Briggs. So there is that. Just at the last moment I also hit my newly made reading challenge. I didn’t really expect to read this month to be honest. I thought getting to a 100 was still going to be a challenge but here we are.
The Numbers
In November I read a total of 17 books which makes the total of 2021 100 books read.
Of the 17 books 1 books was sci-fi and 16 books were fantasy .
Out of the30 days of November I read 15 days which amounted to a total of 4195 pages.
The rating average of this month was 3,8.

ā My best laid plans for Sci-Fi Month didn’t really come to fruition. I took a random blog break of a week and picking up sci-fi was doomed. So I just went with whatever my mood wanted me to read. Fantasy is still my much easier to go. I did post various sci-fi posts though, better than last year in any case so there is that. Wish I had been able to blog hop more but I struggled with time.
ā I got my flu shot in November, about halfway through, and my gosh that thing kicked my ass for a good week. I did not calculate that into my monthly plans haha.
ā The shopping day at Anderwereld’s store I would be at with a table did not go through because of the increased covid rise. Instead, a week later, they hosted an online sale in which they included us as vendors. I sold a bit more than I would normally in a month (lol some months I only sell once). So that was still good. And hopefully they will remember my name š
ā The last weekend of November Merijn got hit with a flu that hit him pretty hard initially. I was oh-oh and got him tested for Covid. Luckily he tested negative but I found the whole waiting thing (over 2 days in which I ended up having to call myself) horrible.

November was so rainy and dark here too, ugh. So glad you loved Under The Whispering Door though! And I need to read the Mercy Thompson books, glad to hear you love them.

Great job meeting your reading goal and reading 17 books! I’m sorry your son got the flu and am relieved it wasn’t COVID. Under the Whispering Door is on my TBR and sounds excellent. Merry Christmas!
