Books I Hope Santa Brings | #TopTenTuesday 269

Two more nights to Christmas Eve (which is when we do the gift exchange) and only three nights to Christmas. I’m not sure how to feel about Christmas this year. For so long we had no idea how we were going to be able to celebrate because of Covid-19.

This list is brought to you by Top Ten Tuesday (as always hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl) as the topic is books we hope santa will bring us. There is going to be a lot of Middle Grade listed below because I am reading a few series that I want to continue. And Middle Grade just has some great books in recent years.

Over the Woodward Wall by A. Deborah Baker ( AKA Seanan McGuire)

The Burning God by R.F. Kuang

Tilly and the Map of Stories by Anna James

Duftapotheke 4 by Anna Ruhe

Tristan Strong Destroys the World by Kwame Mbalia

Maya and the Rising Dark by Rena Barron

Aru Shah and the Song of Death by Roshani Chokshi

Aru Shah and the Tree of Wishes by Roshani Chokshi

Dragon’s in a Bag by Zetta Elliot

Amulet volume 4 by Kazu Kibuishi

  1. Honestly I’d say so long as you don’t get any of your loved ones COVID for Christmas it’s probably fine 😂 Seriously though, I hope you get a bunch of these! But also one surprise! Happy Christmas!

  2. Middle grade has been a big win for me this year so I love this list 😍 I can’t wait to continue Tristan Strong’s story and Over the Woodward Wall looks so good, too. Hope you’re doing okay and staying safe one there!
