Titles are such hard work. Most of the time you don’t see a lot of titles that go over five words. Which has to do because it makes it harder to remember a title and for publishers that can make it less sell-able (I know I stumble on long titles, oops). However a good long title can really stick out among the crowd.
So for today’s Top Ten Tuesday (as always hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl) we’re talking about long titles. Below you can find some that I have read over the years. I decided to start at titles of 7 words and move up. I didn’t realize I would end up with so many haha.

Great list! There are some really interesting titles on here–although I’m usually rubbish at remembering the super long ones…

this is an interesting list of books with even interesting titles. I don’t think I’ve actually read any of these lol
The longest title book I’ve read might be Harry Potter or the Baby Sitters Club series lol

These are all so LONG. Mouth fulls. They would all get nicknames from me so I didn’t have to say the full thing.

But then people get confused for which book it is haha.

I love that you broke these out by how many words were in the title! And I don’t know how I completely forgot to add The Amazing Maurice on my list for this week.

The amazing maurice never seems to stay in people’s memories oddly enough. Considering he is amazing. 😉
