Book Haul

Book Haul #53 | The Remainder of April

Still not going overboard on my bookspending of physical books. I figured I’d just go ahead and post the remainder of April here now because May might be different #hides

Reading Challenge(64)

The Secret of Killimooin (The Secret Series 4) by Enid Blyton
I found this at one of those free library carts that popped up during covid-19 and I can never leave an Enid Blyton for free lol.

Shorefall (Founders 2) by Robert Jackson Bennett = READ
I was lucky enough to receive a physical copy of Shorefall for review from Jo Fletcher Books as well.

The Compleat Discworld Atlas (Discworld Mapps) by Terry Pratchett
I had a bad depression spill and afterwards I found this second-hand copy. I decided I deserved to buy it as I collect Discworld/Pratchett books so here we are…

Men at Arms (Discworld 15, City Watch 2) by Terry Pratchett
After finishing Guards! Guards! I had to have the next installment. I did own 3 and 4 already thanks to La La in the Library but didn’t own this one yet.

Reading Challenge(63)

The Angel of the Crows by Katherine Addison
Release Date: June 23rd 2020
I hadn’t read The Goblin Emperor yet at the time of requesting this book but plenty of my favorite bookish people rave about that book so I figured I could go no wrong in reading another book by her.
The Raven Lady (The Faery Rehistory 2) by Sharyn Lynn Fisher
Release Date: October 13th 2020
I read the first book last year and liked it so I figured I’d give the second book a try as well. It’s about different characters, though one was a side character in the first book so I’m curious to see how I will like that.
Date Me, Bryson Keller by Kevin van Whye
Release Date: May 19th 2020
Sometimes a contemporary can tempt me… Thank you Random House.
The Wysman by Dorothy A. Winsor
Release Date: July 2020
This is a sequel I want to say to The Wind Reader that I reviewed earlier this year.
The Traitor Baru Cormorant (Masquerade) by Seth Dickinson
The Only thing I know is that Imyril loves this book so that is good enough for me.

      1. I bought a whole ton of ebooks in March when we all started working from home. I figured I’d slow down after that. But instead I’ve still been buying a whole lot more ebooks than I had been before.
