Book Haul #51 | In Which I Am Behaving on the Physical Book Buying Front…

Would you look at that title. Aren’t you amazed.  I’m really trying to limit my impulsive book buying and so far it is going okay this year. Go me. I only bought 3 physical books. If that was the only thing in this book haul you would applaud. Unfortunately there is such a thing as ebooks…

★ Of Curses and Kisses(St. Rosetta’s Academy 1) by Sandhya Menon
After having finished what I owned of Enchanted Inc. and stumbled on this book at my local bookstore, I bought it. Since I’ve heard such good things about Sandhya Menon I decided to pick it up.

★Exit Strategy(Murderbot Diaries 4) by Martha Wells
So because I really wanted to get this one, I opted on buying a copy second-hand for half price. However this came without the dustjacket. I weeped. But it was my own fault for going second-hand I guess..

★Holy Sister (Book of the Ancestors 3) by Mark Lawrence
Last year I read books 1 and 2 and really enjoyed myself. However I had to wait on my matching mass market paperback until this February. Yes I did pre-order it ha.

Again I was asked to review this book. It is a short stories collection that sounded interesting.
★ Brass Carriages and Glass Hearts (Steampunk Romance 4) by Nancy Campbell Allen

So I didn’t realize this was a fourth book in a series but it looks like it follows different characters each time. I’m going to see during the Summer if I want to start at the start or am just going to wing it right on with book 4. It is a little out of my comfort zone. However last year I really enjoyed the book I picked up in general mind so here we are. And it is steampunk!

Release Date: June 23rd
So I might have fist pumped when I got approved. Zen Cho is one of my favorite authors.
