If you have been following me over on instagram you will know that I have started a bullet journal. I actually changed my bookstagram to combine it with showing my bullet journal as well. Because I have been having so much fun with it.
I guess I have been figuring out how to incorperate it into the blog as well because it is now a daily thing and as I am working on my third theme and month, I am feeling quite proud of what I have come up with for it. I would love to show it here as well. And that is what I am going to do.
And then I thought, well, I’m not the only book blogger that has a bullet journal and that might want to show it off. So Show Your Bujo Theme was born!
Show Your Bujo Theme will be a monthly link-up, posted nearing the end of the month where you can share the theme you went with for your bullet journal that month. The Link-Up will be open for 2-3 weeks afterwards so everyone has time to link-up. You don’t have to be a book blogger for this.
So what can you show in this monthly link-up? Honestly, anything you want. But if you want help setting up your post here are some questions for you to use as prompts.
- What is your prompt this month?
- How did you choose this theme? Does it mean anything special to you?
- Were you inspired by anyone or something?
- What tools did you use?
- What kind of spreads did you make?
- Looking back is there something you would change?
- Do you want tips or help on something regarding bullet journaling?
You really don’t need a certain type of bullet journal to join here. It is all about sharing what we are doing. We do tend to put a lot of work into our bullet journals and we should completely show that off. It is about sharing and jumping over onto everyone’s post and tell each other what we like about what they are doing.
The first link-up will be going up nearing the end of February. The 29th I am thinking. This is for January and February. I’ll be posting up a date list of when I post the monthly link-ups the rest of the year as a page sometime this week if you like to plan things ahead of time like me. I’m thinking of keeping it on a Saturday but we shall see.
