⌘ So the first week of March was not too great. Both Merijn and I got sick on the second day of the month. Merijn had the flu I think and I had laryngitis (voice gone too of course). Merijn got better after 3 days, I did not. For most of my being sick I only slept 2-3 hours. And then once the laryngitis got better I got an awful ear pain in my left ear throughout the night, couldn’t hear well out of that ear for a while and also ended up with my period. So yeah, no fun here at the start of the month.
⌘ The week after that I finished the group course therapy. Of course I learned new insights but it is going to take a while before a lot of those are going to take effect. So we’ll see.
⌘ The weekend of March 16th Merijn stayed at his grandparents (dad side) because we went bowling and out to dinner with husband’s sister, brother and girlfriend. He stayed there from friday to sunday. Bowling and the dinner was a lot of fun. The dinner was at an all you can eat buffet restaurant and they had so much. I was not hungry on Sunday morning. On the sunday we had two birthdays to go to. One of my friend and one of my bil’s girlfriend. There we picked up Merijn as well who was sick. Poor thing. Again.
⌘ I was then the lucky sod that got the wooden truck against my head from Merijn which left me with a small concussion. Yeay. So I haven’t been able to read or probably blog since March 22nd. #sadface
⌘ But at least todays husband’s birthday and I hope I feel good enough to people.
⌘ Up until the concussion I was very into playing Merge Dragons on my phone. Are you playing it? Let me know so we can friend!
⌘ The Mermaid’s Voice Returns in This One (Woman Are Some Kind of Magic 3) by Amanda Lovelace // ARC
⌘ Wintersong duology by S. Jae-Jones
⌘ Firestarter (Timekeeper 3) by Tara Sim
⌘ The Black Tides of Heaven (Tensorate 1) by J.Y. Yang
⌘ The True Queen (Sorcerer Royal 2) by Zen Cho // ARC
⌘ Wizard of Once (Wizard of Once 1) by Cressida Cowell
⌘ Aru Shah and the End of Time (The Pandava Quartet 1) by Roshani Chokshi
⌘ The Trials of Morrigan Crow (Nevermoor 1) by Jessica Townsend
⌘ The Fever King (Feverwake 1) by Victoria Lee // ARC
Dancing out of February 2019 / Best of the Bunch // February 2019 / If You Enjoyed This Tv Show/Movie Than You Might Like This Book – Times 5 / Doing My O.W.L.’s for Healing Purposes // O.W.L.S. 2019 / Do I Have That Book? / 5 Things I Can’t or Won’t Do Even Though I’m a Bookworm
⌘ The Passage / Season 1 / Ep 7 – 10 / Finished
I liked it. I’m not sure what to think on the ending there. I actually liked that part of the book the most so we’ll see how they’ll approach it.
⌘ The Rugrats Movie / Movie
I watched this twice with Merijn. He really likes it haha.
⌘ Scooby-Doo and the Gourmet Chef / Movie
A newer one for me to watch
⌘ Captain Marvel / Movie
I liked it. I would honestly watch more Captain Marvel movies.

⌘ TBR: As you could read in Doing My O.W.L.’s for Healing Purposes // O.W.L.S. 2019 I am going to participate in this readathon throughout April. So that is going to be my tbr. Other than that I am going to leave it open. I have some reservations still outstanding at the library and maybe some other review copies so I think this is more than enough. And honestly, after the whole concussion thing, I don’t know if I can even hit those 8 books. I read for an hour on Friday and my head hurt.
⌘ I am also participating in Anderwereld’s (Dutch online second-hand books webstore) April Photo Challenge.
This monthly wrap up will be linked up with the monthly one by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction. This so we can blog hop to each others wrap ups easier.
