Can you believe it is already December 12th? Less than two weeks before Christmas is here and less than 3 weeks before we are heading completely into 2018. Time goes too fast.
This Tuesday The Broke and the Bookish want us all to talk about our favorites of the year. I already shared my top 17 of 2017 last Sunday so for today I am twisting it to my favourite releases of 2017. Some of these will overlap. Others will not have made it onto my top 17. Honestly, it is amazing I read so many 2017 releases this year.
What was your favourite 2017 release?

I haven’t read any of these…. I knowww, I’ve been in a huge slump this year but I’m out of it now so I have so much to catch up on next year!! Aaah, so many of these books are on my tbr so I’m glad that you enjoyed them enough to put them on your favourites list

I keep seeing The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue on people’s blogs for various reasons. I don’t think I would have picked it up just looking at the cover, but it’s hard to argue with so many people that seem to love it. I downloaded the audiobook from my library last week. I just have to find the time to listen to it! Awesome list!

The title is what really grabbed me instantly. I agree that the cover isn’t one I would be initially drawn to. But yet it works when you’ve read the book. I hope you will really like it!

I still need to pick up Gentleman`s Guide. I`ll probably wait until the sequel is released and then read both books at once. Historical Fiction is one of my favourite genres; I`m pretty sure I`ll love the books.

That is a good tactic. Having to wait on it is not fun, haha.

Waking Gods is one I should have read, since I read the first one, but I never did! And 27 Hours caught my eye too.

I’m seeing Genie Lo on multiple list this week. I feel like this is the universe telling me that I need to read it asap. A Conjuring of Light also made my list this week. I’m not sure I’m wholly prepared for all the books Schwab is coming out with during the next few years. Great list!

Yes, yes you do! Oh my gosh I need all those Schwab books. The titles alone are enough to need them right away, haha.
