Top Ten Tuesday (created by The Broke and the Bookish) always likes to look forward to what we want to read. To be fair, I rarely keep to those lists and as I work ahead I am already typing this in July. But these are what has been picking my fancy as of late. Things I want to pick up in the future that is still this year.
Do you ever look that fair ahead with your reading like that? Sometimes I look at a book and I just feel like I will likely be reading that over a few months. It is hard to explain This doesn’t always happen but that is the fault of my book hauls, haha.
ā
- Up (Paaz 2) by Myrthe van der Meer
- Soul Music (Death 3, Discworld) by Terry Pratchett
- Hex by Thomas Olde Heuvelt (international edition)

- Lady Midnight (The Dark Artifices 1) by Cassandra Clare
- Rogue and Soldier (Talon 2 and 3) by Julie Kagawa

Since September started (and that alone feels like the start of Fall) I have read Stardust and Finnikin of the Rock. I seem to be off to a good start. Now if only I can keep that up.
Great list! I love the pic. š

I haven’t heard of any of these books, but the font used for the title of Hex is very eye-catching. I hope the story is good, too.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.

I loved the Fire and Thorns trilogy. It’s been a long time since I picked it up, but the second book is my favorite. Elisa is such a great protagonist. I absolutely adored her character development.

Child of a Hidden Sea looks good, I have that on my TBR too and have just never read it. Argh to be honest I think i forgot about it, so it’s nice to be reminded! Stardust I should read too- sounds perfect for fall. š

Nice list and I do that all the time. I make lists bc that’s the plan and then next thing I know I picked up something else or something where I don’t read everything I intended xD also, i’ve been meaning to read up some cassandra clare books but there’s so many that it almost feels intimidating now (but i will one day!)

Poo that I have American Gods because it was a sale ebook, but not the Anansi Boys. You would have thought they would put the first one on sale, too. Ha ha. š
Girl Of Fire and Thorns has been on my radar for a long time..I will be watching out for what you think of it.
Remember that I want to buddy read the first Half Bad book. š

Finnikin of the Rock is on my TBR as well! Well, not my fall TBR, but my TBR of books I should really get to but keep on procrastinating for some reason. I adored the Half Bad trilogy so I hope you’ll enjoy it! Same with Lady Midnight š
