Top Ten Tuesday #9

top ten tuesdayTuesday has come around again. These weeks are flying by. This week the Top Ten Tuesday prompt is Top Ten Characters Who Are Fellow Book Nerds! Top Ten Tuesday is created by The Broke and the Bookish. Go check them out.

This topic is similar to the topic I did in May for a freebie Tuesday over on Tumblr. This list has not really changed since then. But as I didn’t post it here, and because I got little feedback on it at the time, I will repeat that list here.

Of course this book should start of with Liesl, the girl that could not help but steal books, and used them to learn to read

2. Hermoine (Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling)
The girl who always had her nose in the books and valued knowledge.

3. & 4. Alexa and Sander (De Verboden Universiteit by Natalie Koch)
Alexa who would drool at the second hand book stores and who would sit in the library in her free time to learn all she could about the new world she entered, and Sander who had such a full book case and loved to experiment making new potions he found in his books.

These two who loved to share their thoughts on books,

Sassy Lizzie who loved to stick her nose in a book.

9. Tyrion (A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin)
The man who knew how to keep his mind sharp.

10. Mathilda (Mathilda by Roald Dahl)
The girl who surrounded herself with books
